The 2018 Urban Nomad Film and Music Fest is preparing to take place in April and May 2018, so hurry up and submit your work to Taiwan’s most exciting creative showcase! We are holding competitions for films — including short films and feature films — and music videos, with awards including NTD 50,000 cash prizes and video production services from Far East Translation. The application process is fully online and some basic information is below, with more complete instructions at the links below. We can’t wait to see what great films and projects you’ve got for us this year!
Taiwan Competition: for feature films, short films, documentary, animation or other video works produced in Taiwan by directors of any nationality, by Taiwanese living abroad, or by films otherwise connected to Taiwan
Taiwan Music Video Competition: for music videos produced in Taiwan or by Taiwanese bands
Out of Competition Section: for feature films, short films, documentary, animations or other video works from outside Taiwan or not wishing to join the competition
Submission deadline: Feb. 19 (Mon) 11:59pm (Taiwan time: GMT +8)

As one of Taiwan’s only self-funding film festivals, volunteers are very important to us and help with virtually every area of the festival. Please note that most volunteer positions require Chinese language ability.
